RANDALL BRAMBLETT has a rich career dating back to the 70’s.  Early on with Capricorn Records, Randall joined the influential band Sea Level with Chuck Leavell and did a solo tour with Gregg Allman.  From there, Bramblett became one of the most sought after songwriters and sidemen, and landed on the speed dial of some of the greatest names in rock history, including Steve Winwood (16 years), Levon Helm, Warren Haynes, Delbert McClinton and Widespread Panic.

He’s still well sought after – this year has found him playing with the Allman Brothers at the Beacon Theater in NYC, New Year’s Eve with Widespread Panic, NOLA Jazz Fest with Chuck Leavell, and part of the Chastain Amphitheater Capricorn Experience in addition to his own band’s busy schedule.   The great news is his classic “Used to Rule the World” was covered by Bonnie Raitt on her Slipstream CD and it hit #20 on the Triple A charts.  Randall’s band was asked to open 2 weeks of dates for Bonnie and toured with her in Sept./Oct. from San Diego to Birmingham.

This brings us to his latest CD, The Bright Spots.  12 original cuts that firmly establish there are classic songs still up Randall’s sleeve.  Produced by Gerry Hansen and Randall Bramblett, this will bring many new fans aboard, as well as completely thrilling his faithful base.  Without a doubt, it is one of the best albums of his very distinctive career.

This is a special CD PRE-Release event.  They won’t be available publically until next year – you can only buy one at the show at Eddie’s!

Bonnie Raitt proclaims “You can’t do better than Randall Bramblett.”
