ATL COLLECTIVE was established to foster the Atlanta music scene, encourage collaborations and cross-pollination and to create happenings that will inspire and entertain. In the process, we're restoring the faith in the album as art form and educating the people about some of the finest music out there. For each event, we pick a classic album and handpick some of the finest in local (and sometimes national) talent. We divvy up the songs and collectively cover the album in sequence. Often there's a food or beverage hook. Tonight, we are offering Rain Dog Hot Dogs - a classic NY style all beef (like Nathan's) on a split roll with spicy mustard, kraut, and diced onion on the side. Two for $5.00, sold as a basket with fries for $6.50.

Line-Up Includes:
DANNY BREWER, aka Besides Daniel, gives audiences the best of folk and pop.
Rock-blues artist, DANIEL DEWITT, is the former bass player and singer of Winston Audio.
R&B artist, CHANTAE CANN, was the background vocalist for India.Arie and Leon Timbo.
TRAE VEDDER (of Death On Two Wheels) has performed at SXSW, Bamboozle, & Forecastle.
PACKWAY HANDLE BAND was Flagpole Music's winner for Athen's Best Bluegrass-Folk Band.

Featured Act: KODAC HARRISON

The blues inspired and Southern soulful artist, KODAC HARRISON, is best known for his work as a spoken word artist. His phenomenal work has taken him around the globe with a wide range of performers like Patti Smith, Marianne Faithful, John Mayer, The Indigo Girls, Alejandro Escovedo, and Ellis Paul. Throughout his career, he's also written songs for films like Dead Aim and Mace. Kodac has performed for former presidents, Bill Clinton at the Andrew Young Tribute, and Jimmy Carter at the Jimmy Carter Center. According to his bio, Kodac was named, "Best Spoken Word Artist" by Creative Loafing in 2002 for the critic's choice and in 2003, 2004, 2010, & 2011.

Tom Waits'
Rain Dogs is a loose concept album about "the urban dispossessed" of New York City. Rain Dogs is generally considered the middle album of a trilogy that includes Swordfishtrombones and Franks Wild Years.
