	MATT HIRES works as a cabinet store worker by day and a musician by night. His music caught the ears of Atlantic Records A&R executive, Gregg Nadel, and soon he began working with producer Eric Rosse (Sara Bareilles, Tori Amos, David Archuleta), who helped him fine-tune his songwriting. He released his debut EP, "Live From the Hotel Cafe," under F-Stop Music/Atlantic Records, and followed it up with "Take Us To The Start" last year. 	For almost two decades now, talented Austin-based singer/songwriter DARDEN SMITH has turned out one outstanding album after another, and his associated sound evolves with each effort. His most recent, After All This Time: The Best of Darden Smith, is a collection of Dardena's best and most loved songs from his 25 year musical career. Fans of Jeff Buckley and Nick Drake will enjoy his music.
	In over a decade of performing, KEVIN SO has earned the respect of fellow musicians (Keb' Mo', Amos Lee), won over members of press and radio, and has built a loyal fan base across the US. Born in Boston, his strong musicianship caught the attention of a Boston Globe critic who wrote that Kevin was "unusually talented." At the Kerrville Folk Festival, an Austin Chronicle's music writer took notice, writing that So was "the big discovery." He has opened for Joe Cocker, Billy Bragg, and Randy Newman. The day after September 11, Kevin connected with popular bluesman Keb' Mo' and co-wrote "Talk," which Keb' would eventually record. Kevin was recipient of the 2007 NYC Fringe Festival Award (Best Music & Lyrics) for his work-in-progress "Great Wall" - a musical loosely based on his life. A recent Finalist to the 2010 Eddie's Attic Shootout, Kevin will be celebrating the highly-anticipated release of his new live disc "LiFe Solo AKouStic." Listen:

The program matches gifted teen artists with professional artist mentors to create studio art projects focusing on specific environmental, socio-economical or philanthropic issues facing our world. Artists and mentees establish relationships with communities throughout the world and work together in developing artistic projects as a way to generate awareness about the issue on a larger scale. Each project illustrates the power of the arts as a tool for encouraging positive social change and gives the participants an opportunity to recognize their own capabilities.

	MICHELLE MALONE is an internationally acclaimed Roots, Rock and Blues singer, songwriter and slide guitar player. An Eddie's Attic favorite, Michelle has won numerous Creative Loafing and Atlanta Magazine Awards including Album of the Year, Best Female Vocalist(4x) and Best Acoustic Guitarist (2x). Her last 2 CD's (Sugar Foot and Debris) were on the Grammy ballot for best Contemporary Blues and Best Americana Album. Michelle's songs have appeared in motion pictures, television shows, and been recorded by Indigo Girls and Antigone Rising. 	CROWFIELD is made up of Indiana natives Tyler Mechem and Joe Giant who formed the band when they relocated to Charleston, SC in 2005. Soon after, they caught the ear of acclaimed producer Rick Beato. Crowfield's premier album "Goodbye, Goodnight, So Long Midwestern" (Ten Star Records) soon followed. The addition of drummer Parker Gins and guitarist, Micah Nichols, and a frenetic touring schedule has led to bigger crowds and more illustrious venues. They have shared the stage with rock bands NeedToBreathe, Cracker, Rusted Root, Vertical Horizon, and Jay Clifford (of Jump Little Children). 	It was Tim Smith's (Sheryl Crow, Jellyfish, The Producers, Thing One Thing Two) desire to pull together a show paying homage to XTC. What better a lost iconic band to pay tribute? Tim Smith called on bandmate Peter Stroud (Sheryl Crow, Don Henley, Shawn Mullins, Pete Droge), along with fellow Atlantans, Nick Niespodziani, Mark Cobb, Mark Bencuya (all members of Y-O-U and 10 High's Thursday night traffic nightmare, Yacht Rock Revue), and Canadian artist Kevin Spencer (Rymes with Orange, RENT, Daniel Lanois, Mudgirl.) Enough guys to crowd a stage...and properly recreate XTC's music, giving it it's proper due.

	Taken from Jack London's novel of the same name, SEA WOLF has broken onto the scene with three albums of varying sounds. You can tell the influence of Jack London in the songs as well as the name; their latest album, White Water, White Bloom, is set against the backdrop of nature and seasons, drawing a well worn line between the changing of the seasons and the changing inside us as human beings. The man behind the sound, Alex Brown Church, says about his new album, '"Orion & Dog" was written during the summer, and "Winter's Heir" is about coming out of the long Montreal winter and experiencing a sense of rebirth." Sea Wolf progresses with every album they make, and there is no reason why you should not check them out.
	Denver-born SERA CAHOONE always knew that music was what she wanted to do with her life. She first played drums for a blues band at an open mic night when she was 12 years old. She said later about that night, "It opened my eyes. I thought, 'this is amazing. This is what I want.'" What followed was a life dedicated to her craft. She has released two albums and has played for two other critically acclaimed bands (Band of Horses and Carissa's Weird). She used to play only drums, but in 2005, switched gears to songwriting and singing. The songs she produced were a mix of country and folk, simple and beautiful melodies with a dark underside. Sera is one of those musicians who draws from what she knows and what she has seen and weaves her experiences into her songs. This is a universal songwriter; you will find yourself in some, if not all, of her songs. Take a listen today.
	PATRICK PARK is another one of those musicians who grew up listening to and writing music. With a poet mother and a blues guitarist father, what else could a boy do? He moved to LA in 2000 and began playing songs at local clubs. The local press immediately picked up on him, and he quickly rose in the musical ranks and ended up signing a record deal with Hollywood Records. He's opened for Richard Buckner and Gomez, and toured with Beth Orton, My Morning Jacket, Liz Phair, David Grey, and more. He has released three albums, the latest of which was released this past April. Patrick is here tonight in support of said album, "Come What Will."

	With the release of her 4th album Chocolate Paper Suites, KRISTA DETOR gained fans and positive reviews alike from the first half of her tour to support it. Fish Records said of Krista, "A creative arranger, a deep thinker, and a master of imagery and poetic lyrics ... a beautifully conceived album." And Net Rhythms wrote, "A career high album that, if there's any justice, fully deserves to elevate Detor into the upper echelons of the singer-songwriter hall of fame." Listen:
	KENNY WHITE began his career in music as a producer and writer, establishing himself in the business by making his mark on literally hundreds of television and commercial songs. This led to songwriting, where he collaborated with Shawn Colvin, Marc Cohn and Peter Wolf. This partnering and continuing positive feedback led him to release his own album, and subsequently toured, sharing the stage with artists such as Cheryl Wheeler, Shawn Colvin, and Richard Shindell, among others. White's fifth release, Comfort in the Static, is a spot-on coupling of storytelling and piano music, combining to indeed give the listener some comfortable feeling. 	THE DAPPLED GRAYS is an Atlanta quintet who has been named Atlanta's Best Bluegrass Band by Creative Loafing. They create classic bluegrass sounds with a modern twist, the mandolin, guitar, fiddle, bass and banjo combining to form a sound that got these 5 into Flatpicking Guitar Magazine, and also onto the televisions of thousands of local Atlantans during the 2006 Peachtree Road Race. They've shared the stage with the Del McCoury Band, Mountain Heart, Ronnie Bowman, Larry Cordle, and David Grier, and with the recent addition of fiddler and vocalist Leah Calvert, The Dappled Grays are a band you will not want to miss.
